We are saving for our trip this December. Two adults and two kids, one of which is free. Planning on staying at Animal Kingdom for seven nights. We are getting 5 day park hopper pass. Already booked just trying to wait for the military discount. Right now we need about $5,000.

Thanks! I am so excited to be staying at AKL! When we went last time we decided this was where we wanted to stay next, although the price tag is a little hefty. Hopefully the military discount will be extended or else we might have to stay elsewhere, unless I can really save $5,000! Fingers crossed!

Got my $10 gift card from DMR! I guess that is the same as a $10 deposit, right? Do others count these separately since they aren't in your account?

I am hoarding Disney GCs LOL. I don't count them toward my fund because I'm planning on using them to help pay off our dining plan. So far we have $245 worth.

Wow! That's a ton! I was debating that as well. I also plan to give a certain amount on a Disney gift card to my oldest (12) for his spending money. Last time we got Disney dollars, but I'm thinking this will work just as well. That way he is in charge of and responsible for his souvenirs. If he spends it all and still wants stuff, such is life. It worked really well last time. Maybe I'll just put any I get aside for that. I kinda like when my fund number matches the number at the bank!

I have signed up for mysurvey.com, but haven't tried it out much I don't think. Sometimes with a toddler running around my time online is limited. I try to carve out some each day, just depends what is going on. Surveyhead is hit or miss for me, but I use it almost daily and the mobile ap they have. I actually need to remember to be better at checking the iPoll they have when I'm out. They're small amounts, but they add up. I'm close to a payout from Surveyhead, just waiting on some pending points to come through!

So I signed up for Mommytalk, which appears to be run by Surveyhead. I was in the middle of taking a survey and it just redirected me to the Surveyhead page, even though I'd click on the survey from Mommytalk. Bit of a bummer since it was a $5 survey!

You were probably just disqualified. I was disqualified from it yesterday. Did you have Surveyhead open at the same time? Because I've had it do that to me before, too and I've noticed it more if I am logged into both accounts. They sometimes have the same surveys, but often have different ones from each other, so don't give up! I've earned $75 from each of them in the last 3 months!
