Check to see if your area has a Craigslist or a Yahoo group for selling items. My city has both. They are free to list items for sale and there is no shipping involved. I have had good luck in the past selling items we no longer use.
I just listed some of my son's old clothes. They are bigger men's sizes and name brand. I listed them cheap to sell. So I am hoping to get some hits on those.
Also put a Coach purse I know longer use up for sale too.

Buying and selling is how I fund my trip. I also dabble in Ebay. I'd rather sell stuff locally if I can, but there are some items that just sell way better on Ebay and is worth the extra fees and hassle.

I've never tried selling locally - but have sold a few items on eBay - which gets added to my Pay Pal account - which goes to the Disney Fund!

I would really like to get started selling stuff but not sure where to start. I don't want to end up messing up and not getting enough for my items. I used to collect "I Love Lucy" memorabillia but now it is all packed up and I would love to make some money off of it. I have two funds going right now..a vacation fund and a baby fund(my husband and I want to start trying soon ) So I would love to make some extra cash to put into those funds. Any help would be greatly appreciated TIA Melissa
