I don't advocate using charge cards but if you already do, the Disney Rewards Visa is a great way to save for Disney trips and merchandise. For every $100 in charges, you get $1 in Disney rewards. I use mine to pay monthly utilities and any other items that I budget for each month. (I make sure to pay the balance due each month). I normally go to Disney each year in December, and generally have about $200 on a Disney gift card from my purchases during the year. By the way, if you do decide to open one. please use my referral number 14683625. Thanks, and enjoy saving for Disney.

I looked into this card..but we have found our other reward cards that pay cash are a much better deal. I think the nice thing about this card is you get it in the form of Disney money rather then just regular cash..which makes it less tempting to spend. We order our checks in $100 increments and deposit them directly into our "fund". I love charge card rewards..but we do pay ours off monthly, so if you can't..I wouldn't suggest any cards.

I agree Kim, I have the discover card and take advantage of their specials. Last month I think it was get 5% back and home improvement stores. My husband does small repairs and it really added up this past month. Plus it's the easiest to pay! You can pay on line for free, at any Sears, or on the phone for free. Love that!

Sometimes Disney offers extra vacation deals when you book your Disney Vacation with your Disney Visa. Call or email me and I can let you know what the current Disney Visa specials are.
Have a Magical day, Lisa

I've been real curious about the Disney Rewards card. I applied for a Disney card years and years ago but did not get it. I'm afraid to re-apply and not get it again. I would appreciate the discounts on Disney park foods and purchases that I've heard it comes with.

One of the great things about the Disney Visa card is the 6 months no interest on your Disney Vacation. We love ours. Usually pays for a meal or 2 for our trips.
