This used to be I was going to go to Salt Lake City in July 2012 but now its going to be Having a Baby in July 2012 and I have no health insurance and probably won't be eligable for state health insurance so I will be paying everything out of pocket. I am really excited and I know that it is really early to tell people since I am only about a month along!

Congrats on the little one! Definitely look into state coverage. Many states offer prenatal and postnatal coverage through your first postpartum checkup if you are uninsured and cannot obtain private insurance. Having good prenatal care is so important! If that does not work out, are there any sliding-fee clinics near you that can provide you and the baby with needed care?

I have applied for State health insurance and I can't afford private insurance and the place I work does not provide insurance. If I cannot get insurance through the state then the doctor office I go to will usually help you out and tell you how much you have to pay per visit so the cost at the end isn't really high.

My fingers are crossed for you! I hope your state is like PA and they will cover you.

Unforuntally, MO is not like PA, either you qualify or you do not but my mother and I figured that I should be able to qualify but that it will be real close to the cut off. Hope to hear from them later this week or the beginning of next week.
