Hi, my family consists of me, hubby, 7yr son, 2 yr daughter and 1 yr son. We would love to include either Disney world or a Disney Cruise as our next big family vacation. My husband and I are debating which would be more of a relaxed and enjoyable trip for all of us seeing that we do have younger ones to think of. We are thinking of either taking them come October or December to Disney World or doing the cruise as soon as we can (I hear it is sometimes hard to book ....so I guess next year is our only choice?) Which do you think would be better for our family situation. I would think that the cruise might not have much for our little ones to do and Disney could be too overwhelming for all of us. Although, none of my children can swim and have never even been to the beach (we are in the midwest). Any thoughts? Thanks!

Well, we took our son for the first time to Disney World when he was 18 months old and we loved it. It was nice to just sit back and watch him explore. For us, the cost of the cruise is what keeps us grounded:( I would think the cruise might be less stressful since they have kids clubs and they can't really wander off anywhere, but then you have the whole "stuck on a boat" thing, but I hear there's so much on the cruise that you never think about it.
