I have done well this week with my food and water but have not worked out at all! My darling grandpuppy Lady decided she wanted my chew my tennis shoes right up! I guess I know what I will be doing the weekend!

I got to the gym twice so far this week and have been good with my eating. I'll weigh myself this weekend to see how I did. Plus we officially booked our July trip at the Wilderness Lodge!

Way to go everyone. I am down 2 lbs. got a little off track with Primos hoagies yesterday at work. Went to a local produce store today and stocked up on good snack choices.

Got my shoes over the weekend but made poor food choices. Very hard when it was just me and my youngest daughter at home this past weekend. But I did get back on track this morning with my eating.

I'm down a total of 4.5 lbs. I have been using the My Fitness Pal app for my iPhone and it's great. It helps you track what you eat and how much your exercise. If you are eating something that has a UPC, you simply scan the UPC and it uploads it into the tracker. I haven't found a food yet that it didn't have in the database.
19 more lbs to go....

just dropped another 1.5 lbs. 16.5 to go. The my fitness tracker app on the iphone is great, plus it's free. Plus I have just over 5 months until our Wilderness Lodge trip.

How has everybody been doing? I'm down a total of 10 lbs since we began. I have 13.6 to reach my Disney Weight Goal. I have until July 8 to get there so I'm thinking I can up that amount. I have been getting into running so that is helping me with both the weight loss and Disney training. Our daughter will be 6 months at the time we go in July so I'm going to be pushing a stroller around.
