Went to a weigh in last night at the YMCA but only lost half a pound. But that is 9 pounds in two weeks. What kinds of thigs do you eat. Our trainer/mentor that is over our program is a sticklerwhen it comes to sodium. It can sabatoge you just as easy as sugar can. Keep it up!

I eat lots of fruits, veggies walnuts, almonds, yogart, protein shakes, and I try make a really nice low calorie dinner every night that has a lean cut of meat. I try to eat items that are low in sodium but I love salt...not good! 9 pounds....That is fabulous! Way to go! You should be so proud of yourself!1

Be careful items that have aspertame in them. It can also sabotage you. It can cause you to crave carbohydrates and believe it or not whem it breaks down in your system it turns into formaldahyde. Also make sure those fuits and veggies are fresh or frozen. Canned veggies are loaded with sodium.

I need to get motivated and exercise regularly. I feel so much better when I do. I just have a job that is emotionally draining and I am exhausted 99% of the time!

I need to start exercising regularly and I think that there are two items that I want to purchase, zumba for the wii and Jillian Michaels kettle bell workout set. I need to change my exercise program because my body tends to plateau quickly. I hear zumba is the new thing!! I am going to have to save my pennies!!

We have the Biggest Loser Challenge on the Wii and love it. Have you bought Zumba yet? I have gotten some mixed reviews. I don't want to spend that much money if it is not worth it.

I bought the Zumba and I used it once this week. I am truly uncoordinated but the 20 minute workout made me break a sweat and it is dancing. I plan to do it once a day and work up my tolerance so I can do more than 20 minutes!

I've been doing the 20 min beginner Zumba workout and 25 minute Jillian Michaels shred it with weights with my Kettle bells for the last couple of days. Wow! My butt and legs are killing me! I'm down 4 pounds! Whooo-HOOOO Progress!!!

I would love to join you ladies. I have lost about 30 lbs, and still have about 30 more to go. My husband who is a diabetic just had a stroke about 2 months ago so I am willing to change our life style. I do have the Kinect for xbox. If there is anyone else that has this we can go on line and work out together. If there is anyone that knows of a great calorie counter web site that is great as well. I hope you except me in the bunch it would be great.

I have used Fatsecret for calorie counting. They have a good supportive site. Lots of challenges, support systems, exercise calorie burned estimate and intake estimate. It really helped.

Thank you for that information. I was just looking at your ticker tracker. It is only 1 week off from when we are going. I was just laughing. Maybe we will see you there. That is great. ;D

Awesome! I can't wait to go! Do you know anything about the weather there? I was actually considering September because that's when our anniversary is, but I heard that it is still very hot there then. My daughter can't tolerate heat very well, so if it is, then November is for sure the time. Where are you guys thinking about staying? I think we will do the POFQ. I love the idea of the boat to DTD. =)
