I know there are several lucky families going very soon for their WDW trips! If you are staying on site at a Disney Resort I thought I'd mention that if you use the Online Check In it makes things soooo much easier! (Disney's Magical Express is awesome too!) If you have your reservation number, you can log in at DisneyWorld.com (or make a free account) and under My Reservations you can check in when it hits 10 days before your arrival. I did this twice and both times there was NO ONE in the Online Check-in Line where they already have your Key To The World cards, room map, etc. I even paid for a refrigerator (ended up not using it much though) when I got there and I was in and out of the lobby in less than 5 minutes!! I don't know about any of you, but usually I waited 10-15 mins in line before using Online Check-in, then it took 10 mins or so to get all of my rooms keys and everything together. If you had a different experience, let me know, but I highly suggest doing the Online-Check In!!

I know this is not really a "tip" but I discovered at station on Live 365.com internet radio that plays nothing but music from inside the parks!! Mouse World Radio. Just this morning I have strolled along Main Street and was reminded that Dead Men Tell No Tales!!! It is awesome and gets me even more excited!!!! 55 more days!!!

Well we are kicking off our Disney Trip for Next Year! Today I went to Walgreen's and bought a $25 Disney Gift Card...We want to go to Disney World 2012. So I won't be calling until August/September to reserve. I hope buy them to have a chunk of gift cards to put down on it. We also started putting toiletries into our Disney Container. I usually write out a detailed list of all the things we need...I mean everything makeup, sunscreen, brushes, first aid kit, etc...etc...that way I am not spending hundreds of dollars right before we go. I bought the Purex 3 in 1 Sheets today with my coupon so it was .99 from CVS...I also bought lotion for Target with coupons for .69 and it came with Q Tips so a few more things to check off the list!!!! I Love Love Love the planning ~Connie

Thought I'd share a tip....we are DVC members and go frequently. Right outside the Downtown Disney gate (Hotel Plaza Blvd) and Vineland-Apopka Rd 535 in Crossings Shopping Center there is a Sweet Tomatoes (aka Souplantation). If you sign up for their newsletter/eclub thingamabob you will get a monthly coupon. Use the one for the month you go. It's kind of like a buffet. I am not into buffets, but this place is good and healthy. Even my kids loved it. Lunch is cheaper than dinner.

A new trick that I just found out last week, if you are renting a car, go through Costco Travel's website and search under the find lowest fare section. Our car was 1/3 of the price it would have been trying to search for my own discounts and coupons. It compares several car companies too. Since I am a part time travel agent, I was able to find what codes they used to get the price and I booked it myself. You do have to show your Costco card at the rental counter, but it saved me twice as much as the membership fee.
