Starting on a semi-Dave Ramsey financial plan.. Taking $360 from emergency fund (bringing that down to $1000 even) plus the $21 I made today in book sales to apply towards the loan debt...I am still doing high-interest to low interest, excluding mortgage (not debt snowball) but following the baby steps in every other way. Another $381 not accruing 6.55% interest! That brings the loan balance to $2112.00!

Lol, I was reading through my posts and change my financial plan WAY too much.. sticking with debt repayment this time.. If I stay focused, my debt will be paid off and I can contribute huge chunks to savings... Just gonna keep my emergency fund for now..

Dave Ramsey is awesome. I keep crossing my fingers that our church will do one of his workshops soon. Great job on the student loan and yes......you still amaze me!

Chuggin along!!! Had a little bit of OT on the check I will get on Friday and sold a few things.. Applied it all, plus some, to the debt... new balance $1800!!
I haven't attended a workshop but it would be great to be surrounded by like minded people. I hope it works out for you!
I am determined to be debt free!

Tanya - really hoping so! Made an extra payment towards the loan and now at $1680. This paycheck was not the greatest - lowest since April But making do. Gonna be tightening up the pursestrings for the next few months as I now need to save up for new tires as well. It never ends! lol.

Ugh another setback... have a possible torn rotator cuff. :/ off work for at least one week while they try to get the inflammation under control, possibly longer... no pay means STRESSSSS!! Its times like these I wish I wasn't single. :/

Jenny - Thanks!!
Regular payment taken out ($303 over the multiple loans)... That's another 75.31 towards this loan, bringing the total to $1609.20... Once this one hits under a thousand, I am gonna do a happy dance!!

You are still doing a great job! Hopefully everything is ok with the shoulder. That is some of the worse pain. Both of my shoulders hurt all the time but it comes from the Fibro. Keep it up!

Thanks, Tanya! I find out Friday if I can return to work... Physical therapy say they don't think it's likely yet :/ Argh!
