I *may* have sold my double stroller to a friend for $50... if so, that'd be a great addition to the fund. I should find out this weekend or next week.

Awesome...what a great addition that would be!! I am starting to tag items today for a consignment sale that I am participating in and any money I make from that will go straight into the fund!! It makes all the tedious tagging worth it!! I hope your stroller definitely gets sold!!!!

Me, too! If not it gets to go to my April consignment sale.
Today I am adding $14 to the fund, took my daughter to see "Gnomeo and Juliet" and used my Toy Story 3/Energizer movie bucks rebate thingie. It took $14 off the price of our tickets.
$600.48/$2500... only $1899.52 to go! Yippee, over the $600 mark!

Sold some books at Half Price Books and got a few cents off at the grocery store for cloth bags and one coupon. So today I added $26.04 to my fund.

Yesterday's mail brought a check from the insurance company for $146.63, unexpected money back from our orthodontist bills. Since it is "found" money, I put it in the fund.
$824.05/$2500... only $1675.95 to go!

I loved Tanya's idea of putting $1 for every pound lost into the fund... Especially since when I looked at the Photopass pics from my 11/2010 trip I was horrified!!! Since the first of the year I have lost 12 pounds, so I am going to add $12 to the fund, as well as 10 cents from using cloth bags at the grocery store this morning. Oh, and $1 payment from Dollar Surveys which showed up today!
$837.15/$2500... only $1662.85 to go!

I am adding $10 today. I took my son to the Zoo (we have annual passes so no additional cost to park and get it). He wanted ice cream (shucks, the ice cream place is closed in the winter! Hahaha. ☺) and a toy. I said no and we ate the lunch I packed like we usually do. So I am putting the $3 for the ice cream cone that we couldn't get plus $7 for some must-have toy which would be forgotten in a few days' time!
$847.15/$2500... only $1652.85 to go!

Great self control! I'm the queen of sucker-moms for giving in to my kids whims... part of the reason my Disney budget is so big! lol
