Thanks ladies! I'm adjusting my fund - actually I'm lowering it which makes life a little bit easier! Since the cruise is fast approaching - 65 days to be exact - we've decided we're going to put the cruise charges on a credit card to earn some rewards. It's a low limit card so the max we can spend apiece is $375. I already have that in my fund so I'll pay off the card as soon as we get home & I know Kris will have it no problem. We don't even anticipate spending that much. So that lowers the goal. As for Disney World, I think $1,000 spending money should be just fine. We're there 9 days so that's approximately $111/day. Our food is covered since we have the dining plan so no worries about that - we really only have to have money for tipping, F&WF purchases, and souvenirs. I want to get a D&B bag but it's not a must so I'll wait & see if I have enough left over by the end of the trip and if I do, I'll purchase it. So the new savings total is $1,375. I'm already more than halfway there! PS - I leave for Scotland in 10 days!!!!

We bought our tickets yesterday! Since I work for AAA, a couple times during the year we're able to buy certain tickets with employee pricing. There was a 7 day base for 20% off so it was around $228. We were originally going to by the 5 day base but with the discount, the 7 was over $20 less so we bought those! Plus I get 2 free two day hoppers & water park for being a TA so with that we have a 9 day ticket. Yay! Now the only thing left to pay is the Dining Plan!

I'm back! Scotland was absolutely amazing and I had a fantastic time. I met some really great people and fell in love with the city of Edinburgh. I'm dying to go back! I made a pact with my sister that if I went to Dublin with her, she'd come to London & Edinburgh with me. So I think another trip is in the works!!! God knows when LOL. I came home to a hospital bill Bummer. I had to go to the ER back in November and I finally got billed for it. It was from a collection agency and I really don't remember even getting the bill from the hospital. Anyway to avoid screwing up my credit, I had to take that money out of the Disney Fund. $439.81 Sucks! It really puts me behind. I'm going to have to try extra hard to save these next 5 months. FIVE MONTHS! TIL DISNEY! Wahoo! So now my fund is down to $457.61. $917.39 to go At least I have the money for the cruise leftover but how on earth am I going to get up to $1000 spending money by October??? Wish me luck!
